Tavajol, as presented on tavajol.com is the brand name for a seat/table reservation service provided by REDONO d.o.o, a company registered and operating in Split, Croatia.

For reference, in the continuing text, the brand name Tavajol is used as the service provider on tavajol.com. For the purposes of this document, Tavajol and REDONO d.o.o. Are considered one and the same. 

1. Introduction to Our Service

Tavajol provides an online platform that enables users to reserve seats or tables at partner restaurants. As a user, you can select a participating restaurant, specify the number of seats, and book a time slot to enjoy a discount provided by the restaurant.

Tavajol acts solely as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. We do not process payments for reservations, and we are not responsible for any financial transactions or the quality of services provided by the restaurant.

2. Responsibilities and Liabilities

2.1 Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they honor their reservations by showing up at the reserved time and providing any necessary confirmation of their booking to the restaurant.
  • Failure to honor a reservation may lead to restrictions on future use of the Tavajol platform.
  • Customers must ensure that the information they provide during the reservation process is accurate and up to date.

2.2 Restaurant Responsibilities:

  • Restaurants are contractually obligated to honor reservations made through Tavajol and provide the agreed discount.
  • Restaurants must ensure the availability of the reserved seats or tables and provide the promised service during the reserved time slot.
  • Any issues related to the availability of reserved seats or discounts must be addressed directly with the restaurant.

2.3 Tavajol’s Role:

  • Tavajol does not guarantee the availability of reserved seats or the fulfillment of discounts by restaurants.
  • We are not liable for any disputes, financial or otherwise, arising between customers and restaurants.
  • Our role is limited to providing a platform for reservations and facilitating communication between customers and restaurants.

2.4 Complaint Resolution:

  • If a restaurant fails to honor a reservation or provide the agreed discount, customers may report the issue to Tavajol at desk@tavajol.com.
  • Tavajol reserves the right to investigate and suspend partnerships with non-compliant restaurants, but we are not responsible for compensating customers.
  • Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences to help us maintain a reliable network of partner restaurants.

2.5 Modifications and Updates to the Tavajol Platform and Services

The availability of restaurants, reservation options, services, and related content on Tavajol.com may change over time based on updates provided by partner restaurants. For example, new restaurants may join the platform while existing ones may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. Restaurants are responsible for promptly updating their information, such as operational hours, availability, or changes in their business status, to ensure accurate representation on the platform.

We may also make updates and modifications to the Tavajol platform at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and reflecting changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Performing system maintenance, resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to ensure the platform operates effectively in varying technical environments.
  • Enhancing the user experience by redesigning features, updating the layout, or introducing new functionalities.
  • Improving the platform’s compatibility with new devices, software updates, or hosting platforms.
  • Expanding, rebranding, or restructuring the platforms offerings to provide better services to users.
  • Strengthening the platform’s security measures to protect user data and maintain operational integrity.

2.6 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to release, defend (at Tavajol’s option), indemnify, and hold Tavajol (including its affiliates, directors, personnel, and agents) harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, sanctions, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
  • (i) Their breach of these terms of use (including any supplemental or additional terms that apply to our services); (ii) Their improper use of the Tavajol platform or services (including but not limited to the posting of user content); (iii) Their interaction with any restaurant, including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, or consequential) arising in connection with such interactions or reservations; (iv) Their breach of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, such as intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Users explicitly acknowledge and agree to use Tavajol.com at their own risk and under their sole responsibility. Tavajol is not and does not become a party to any contractual relationship between users and restaurants. While we work hard to ensure a positive experience, we cannot control the conduct or performance of users or restaurants and do not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or accuracy of any restaurant content or services provided.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data Collection:

  • To facilitate your reservation, we collect the necessary personal information, including your name, contact details, and reservation preferences.
  • Additional information such as feedback on your dining experience may also be collected voluntarily.

3.2 Data Use:

  • Customer data is shared with the restaurant solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and providing the discount.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Tavajol is not liable for:
    • The failure of a restaurant to honor a reservation or provide a discount.
    • Any dissatisfaction with the quality of food, service, or other experiences at a partner restaurant.
    • Financial disputes or transactions between customers and restaurants.
  • Tavajol’s role is limited to providing a platform for reservations. Responsibility for fulfilling reservations rests solely with the restaurant and the customer.
  • We are not liable for technical issues, such as website downtime, that may prevent users from making or modifying reservations.

5. Modification of Terms

Tavajol reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Tavajol.com. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Customers are encouraged to regularly review these terms to stay informed about any changes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Tavajol.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tavajol or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content from the website without prior written permission from Tavajol.
