Tavajol is an online platform that allows you to make reservations at select restaurants during specific times while enjoying exclusive discounts on your dining experience.

How does it work?

  1. Search for participating restaurants in your area.

  2. Choose a restaurant and select a date, time, and number of guests.

  3. Complete your reservation and receive a confirmation.

  4. Arrive at the restaurant at the scheduled time and enjoy your meal with the discount applied to your bill.

Is the discount applied automatically?

Yes! The discount will be automatically applied to your final bill at the restaurant. Please inform the staff that your reservation was made through Tavajol.


Using Tavajol

How do I make a reservation?

  1. Go to the Search section of our website.

  2. Enter your location, preferred date, and time.

  3. Browse the list of restaurants and select one.

  4. Confirm the details of your reservation and submit.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with the reservation details.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

For any cancellations or modifications to your reservation please contact the restaurant directly.

Do I need to create an account?

No, creating an account is not necessary.


Discounts and Offers

How do I know the discount amount?

Each restaurant’s listing displays the discount percentage and applicable time slots. Be sure to book within the specified times to receive the discount.

Are discounts available for all menu items?

Discounts typically apply to the entire food menu unless otherwise stated in the restaurant’s listing. Drinks or special offers may be excluded at some venues.


Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still can’t find the email, log in to your Tavajol account and check the “My Reservations” section. If your reservation isn’t listed, please contact us at desk@tavajol.com.

My reservation wasn’t recognized at the restaurant. What should I do?

Show the confirmation email or reservation details in your Tavajol account to the restaurant staff. If issues persist, contact us at desk@tavajol.com, and we’ll assist you immediately.
